About Aveniq Ventures

AVENIQ VENTURES LIMITED is a UK-registered technology company focused on building useful digital products and SaaS services. We develop solutions that combine thoughtful design, automation and reliable communication to help individuals and organisations respond more effectively to everyday challenges.

Practical technology

Products are designed around clear real-world problems and simple user decisions.

Responsible innovation

Automation is used with care, clear boundaries and plain-language user controls.

User trust and safety

Safety, consent and transparency are central to product decisions.

Aura Safety

Aura Safety is a personal-safety application that allows users to create a trusted circle and notify selected contacts when an emergency alert is triggered.

Emergency SMS alerts
WhatsApp emergency notifications
Live-location sharing through a secure public link
Journey monitoring
Safety check-ins and inactivity monitoring
Optional emergency evidence capture
Future automated voice-call escalation

Automated emergency voice-call escalation is a planned feature and is not currently generally available.

Aura Safety supports personal emergency communication but does not replace police, ambulance, fire or other emergency services.

Emergency workflow

How emergency alerts work

  1. 1

    The user invites trusted contacts.

  2. 2

The trusted contact personally provides consent through the public Aura Safety trusted-contact consent form before SMS notifications are enabled.

  3. 3

The user enables emergency notification preferences after consent is recorded.

  4. 4

An emergency or safety trigger is activated.

  5. 5

Consenting trusted contacts receive an alert with instructions and, when enabled, a live-location link.

Message delivery may depend on network availability, device permissions, battery status and third-party communication providers.

SMS opt-out and help

Recipients may reply STOP to request that SMS notifications cease and HELP to request assistance. Recipients may also contact support@aveniqventures.co.uk with an opt-out, unwanted-message or help request.

  • Reply STOP to request that SMS alerts stop.
  • Reply HELP to request assistance.
  • SMS notifications are enabled only after the trusted contact personally provides consent through the public Aura Safety trusted-contact consent form.
  • Opting out of SMS does not automatically remove the person from the Aura Safety user's trusted-contact list inside the app.
  • The recipient may also ask the Aura Safety user to remove them.
  • Privacy or consent enquiries can be sent to privacy@aveniqventures.co.uk.

The public trusted-contact consent form is available at /trusted-contact-consent.

Privacy

We use personal information only where necessary to operate Aura Safety, deliver alerts, support users, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
