AVENIQ VENTURES LIMITED is a UK-registered technology company focused on building useful digital products and SaaS services. We develop solutions that combine thoughtful design, automation and reliable communication to help individuals and organisations respond more effectively to everyday challenges.
Products are designed around clear real-world problems and simple user decisions.
Automation is used with care, clear boundaries and plain-language user controls.
Safety, consent and transparency are central to product decisions.
Aura Safety is a personal-safety application that allows users to create a trusted circle and notify selected contacts when an emergency alert is triggered.
Automated emergency voice-call escalation is a planned feature and is not currently generally available.
Aura Safety supports personal emergency communication but does not replace police, ambulance, fire or other emergency services.
Emergency workflow
The user invites trusted contacts.
The trusted contact personally provides consent through the public Aura Safety trusted-contact consent form before SMS notifications are enabled.
The user enables emergency notification preferences after consent is recorded.
An emergency or safety trigger is activated.
Consenting trusted contacts receive an alert with instructions and, when enabled, a live-location link.
Message delivery may depend on network availability, device permissions, battery status and third-party communication providers.
Messaging consent
A trusted contact is a person selected by an Aura Safety user to receive safety-related communications if that user activates an emergency alert. The trusted contact personally provides consent through the public Aura Safety trusted-contact consent form before SMS notifications are enabled.
By submitting the public trusted-contact consent form, you consent to receive non-marketing SMS safety alerts from Aura Safety when the person who invited you activates an emergency, journey or safety-monitor alert. Messages may include the user's phone number, alert instructions and, when enabled, a secure live-location link. Message frequency varies according to safety activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Aura Safety users may add trusted contacts so those people can receive safety-related communications when an alert is triggered.
Before SMS notifications are enabled, the trusted contact must personally provide consent through the public Aura Safety trusted-contact consent form.
The public consent form is available at /trusted-contact-consent.
Trusted-contact messages may include:
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on emergency or safety activity.
Trusted-contact communications are safety and service messages. They are not promotional or marketing messages.
Trusted contacts may:

Recipients may reply STOP to request that SMS notifications cease and HELP to request assistance. Recipients may also contact support@aveniqventures.co.uk with an opt-out, unwanted-message or help request.
The public trusted-contact consent form is available at /trusted-contact-consent.
We use personal information only where necessary to operate Aura Safety, deliver alerts, support users, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
